To learn to go with the flow is actually to remind the self how things are. It is a process to move beyond self-created delusion.

Loved this post! We live in a changing universe. When someone says “I can’t wait for things to go back to normal” they are forgetting about the laws of creation.

One does not go back to 'the way things were' because the most basic and dynamic laws of life tells us that everything creates or disintegrates and if there has not been growth in the comfort zone, by law, it has to be going in the opposite direction. Nothing remains as it is. We are either moving to improve the quality of our life or we are taking away from it. It is not a step back to where it was. It is step back…period.

This is SUCH a beautiful post. A real keep.

Just the most important insight to remember. It did me good just to hear it again. I live my life by this so it was soothing for me to hear it.

Blocking the flow of the inevitable: change, we block the flow of who we are., the flow of Life itself. But even more we block the flow of great joy, new insight, awareness and more that wants to come our way.

Sometimes the changes that come our way don't even make sense to us, and if we can't make sense of them we often negate them of try to avoid them. But we don't need to make sense of them, we just have to let go and trust our hearts. Trust Life and a greater purpose. It can be very hard to see (from the eyes of our possibly limited position) the infinite potential that lies ahead for us if we can trust the change that is wanting to happen.

I don't think that was quite clear but I haven't better words just now. I've had too many late nights due to work so please forgive my lack of clarity.

It is so good to visit you. I've had little time for blogging. But this was a treat! Thank you dear Tania for inspiring me so beautifully and compassionately. Love, Robin

Beautiful post, Tania! The photo of the butterfly is really lovely, too.

I agree with the energy flow that you described and the benefits of our just going with that flow. I think when tough changes come our way, our goal (as much as possible) is to take a deep breath and say, "OK now what" instead of "NOOOOOOO!!!!!!" The Tao Te Ching tells us flexibility is life and rigidity is death.

Thanks Tania!

Dear tania,

this post conveys a message that is true. Change is necessary, an it takes place every moment and we should embrace change with love and joy...and it is hard work to do that.....
